Story Of Source Code
the story of the movie flows like this:
Army Captain Colter Stevens has been attacked in a war in Afghanistan. He is announced to be dead in the news but reality is something else. He is alive in ICU with no body part below his waist. He was like a dead but due to certain speciality of his thinking power, his mind is uploaded with the source code by the special team and that's why Captain Colter Stevens finds himself in a virtual world without being known to what is being done with him.
Recently a huge bomb attack has suffered two trains and thousands of people has been killed. Police were unable to find the bomber and they got information that next target of the bomber is the city. that's why the police applied a way of investigation by collecting the information stored in the brain of the victims who were dead in order to characterize the virtual world within the train. Then Captain Colter Stevens is sent there as a passenger.
Captain Colter Stevens found himself in the train and he does not know how he is there.What's more, he is sitting across from a woman who knows him as teacher Sean Fentress. Looking in a mirror and checking his wallet for ID, he sees that he has indeed assumed Fentress' body. Exactly eight minutes after he woke up and just as the train enters Chicago, a massive bomb explodes on the train killing everyone aboard. later all the events are clarified to him. finally he becomes ready for the project and he is sent inside the train again and again. Finally, he finds out the bomber and give the information of the bomber to the department. The project runners become very very happy to seize the bomber in the real world.
But what happens to Captain Colter Stevens after the completion of the project? Project team plans further to use his mind for other similar projects too but the Captain Colter Stevens wants to die rather than live with such a physical condition. That's why he request with lady officer to cut out his
life line and kill him. She did it. before death, Captain Colter Stevens wishes to go the the virtual world and save the train from the blast as he believes that the world in the simulation is real. He goes in the world of source code and saves the train from bomb blast, and really, the bomb blast does not happen in real world too. Captain Colter Stevens stays happily with the woman he met in the train. This is the climax of the movie which makes it such a popular and quite confusing.
